With a focus on putting the customer first, Emirates Airline would like to provide an update about Extension of COVID-19 Waiver Policies to allow passengers some peace of mind while booking their next travel with Emirates.
As a relief to the customers impacted by COVID-19, Emirates would like to upgrade tickets issued until August 30, 2020, and have a travel voucher validated until 30 November 2020. The airline industry has complicated waiver policies for how fares, re-bookings or refunds are applied, which also differ depending on market regulation.
TravelGuzs understands that it’s really difficult and frustrating for consumers to unravel from all this. The COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented for everyone, and we would like to thank our customers for their patience, understanding and cooperation.

Emirates Waiver Policy For Passengers Affected By Flights Cancellation or Travel Restrictions
Emirates sincerely hopes that their customers will choose to rebook and fly with Emirates at a later point of time, which is why they have offered validity on purchased travel tickets for up to two years and travel vouchers that can be redeemed for any Emirates product or service.

If customers want to apply for a refund, we will be helping you do it, though it may take some time as the airlines have a large backlog to handle.
