In order to strengthen its global brand awareness, and customer satisfaction, Turkish Airlines has reached an agreement with Citibank on the conversion of the scope of existing co-operation in reward points transfer , which was just valid for the Middle East and African Regions , into a global contract.
Now Citibank Credit Cardholders is able to convert their accumulated Citi Rewards Program Points to the Miles & Smiles Frequent Flyer Program Miles in 16 countries as Australia , Bahrain , China Hongkong, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia , Mexico , Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States and Vietnam.
Citibank Credit Cardholders have transferred more than 8 Million Miles since the first point- to- mile conversion was realized on 20th August .
