Customers departing Dubai can now check in for their flights. However, the airport remains congested, so please only travel to the airport if you have a confirmed flight booking.

For Impacted Travelers:

Emirates earlier suspended check-in for all departing flights from Dubai due to severe weather conditions.

  • The suspension began yesterday, April 17th, at 8:00 AM local time and lasted until today, April 18th.
  • If your flight was cancelled, contact your booking agent, DM Emirates, or visit http://emirat.es/support for rebooking.

As of today, April 18th, customers departing Dubai can now check in for their flights. However, the airport remains congested. Please only travel to the airport if you have a confirmed flight booking.

Passengers scheduled to depart from Dubai are advised to proceed to the airport only if they hold a confirmed flight booking.

Operations at Dubai International Airport (DXB) have been significantly affected by the recent storm, leading to delays, cancellations, and diverted flights.
