Qatar Airways which offers Qsuite Business Class which is one of the best in the World has introduced a new fare families from October 01, 2021. The carrier announced that its simplified fare families offer greater choice and flexibility. Qatar Airways has added the new Economy class lite and Business Class Lite fares.
All Fares will fall into the following category:
- Business Class Fares – Classic, Comfort, Elite
- Economy Class Fares – Class, Convenience and Comfort fares.
Airline mentions on its website. “Each fare family offers passengers a clear, distinct set of products and services designed to meet the specific needs of its broad customer base.”
In its new Economy Lite, passengers are allowed one checked bag up to 20 kilograms (or about 44 pounds). Qatar’s Classic Economy ticket includes a free bag checked up to 25 Kilograms ( 55 Pounds). Travelers also have an option to pick the seats when they check in online. However, the fares are non-refundable.
In Business lite, passengers are allowed the same amount of checked bags as compared to other business classes. Complimentary Business Class Lounges is not available with Business Lite fares. Passengers can purchase access to a lounge.
