Passengers traveling to Turkey must submit an online Traveler entry form via https://register.health.gov.tr/. The form must be submitted within 72 hours prior to flight. Transfer passengers and passengers under the age of 6 years are not required to submit the form. Passengers need to carry a printout or mobile screenshot of the filled form to submit to the airline crew before boarding. Once the form is filled, a HES code will be created for a passenger. HES Code will be useful for Passengers during their travel and accommodation in Turkey.

What is HES Code?
A private HES code is a personal code implemented by the Turkish Ministry of Health. HES code will help to reduce the presence and prevent passengers who are positive or have contact with a positive patient to be on board in Domestic and International Flights.
HES stands for (Hayat Eve Sığar ) in the Turkish language which means ( Life Fits Into Home) in English. The code helps you safely share your Covid-19 risk status with individuals and institutions for activities like travel and transportation.
It is mandatory to have a valid HES (Hayat Eve Sığar) code when purchasing a Bus, Train, Plane ticket, long-distance transportation travel and travel between and inside the cities in Turkey.
You may face Administrative and Legal sanctions or you may not be permitted to enter Turkey in case you haven’t filled in the form correctly or giving misleading statements
