Royal Caribbean International has announced exciting news for all Travellers that Adventure of the Seas will be sailing from Nassau, Bahamas this summer. It has also made clear that they will cancel Adventure of the Seas’ 2021 Europe Season and fall Transatlantic sailing.

The Booking will start from March, 24 and sail starting June, 12. Guests under 18 will need to produce a Negative COVID-19 test report. Its Crew will be vaccinated.

Adventure of Seas to Homeport in Nassau, Bahamas this Summer

Royal Caribbean has announced that Adventures of the Seas will have a new home this summer in Nassau, Bahamas. Starting June 12, 2021, Adventure will start the summer season offering 7-night cruise getaways to Cozumel, Mexico and a sampling of popular Bahamian ports which include a two-day stay to enjoy the Thrills and Chills of Perfect Day at CocoCay.

  • Vaccines will be required for all crew and any guest 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age will be required to present negative COVID-19 test results.
  • A health visa will be required for entry into the Bahamas. 
    • The cost will be absorbed by the guest initially and, upon boarding, an onboard credit will be loaded to each guest’s onboard account to assist in funding.
  • Required documents include: Valid Passport | Health Visa | Negative PCR Test Results | Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine
    • Proof of vaccine must indicate that the full cycle of required dose(s) was administered at least 14 days prior to the sail date
  • A new consent will soon be required for all guests, ensuring the safety of all onboard and presenting the risks posed by COVID-19.
    Guests must complete the Health Acknowledgement form prior to boarding. 
    • Any guest opting not to acknowledge the health policy, unfortunately, will be unable to sail with Royal Caribbean. 
    • Efforts are underway to insert this required step into our Espresso booking engine and the web, as well as all call center agents trained to present this information at time of booking. 
  • If desired, pre/post options will be available for guests to extend their vacation in Nassau.

Statement

Adventure of the Seas June 5 to October 14, 2021  will now offer sailings from Nassau, Bahamas starting June 2021 and not from Barcelona, Spain.

  • Initial option date for new FIT bookings made by April 16, 2021:  Automatic extension to April 30, 2021
