Yemen Net Fares By Emirates
Emirates is offering one-way net fares to/from Cairo (CAI) / Amman Airport (AMM) / JIB for connections with IY flights to Yemen. This offer is valid to/from JFK/ORD/LAX/SFO in the US for ticketing/ Sales through June 30, 2021, with the last date for commencement of travel no later than September 20, 2021.
This option is available via CAI at the moment and passengers’ baggage can be checked through Aden (ADE) and Seiyun (GXF).
Passengers are required to provide the Emirates check-in counter with a printed copy of their IY ticket to their final destination in Yemen.
Turkish Airlines PCR Test Requirement for the USA
According to Turkish Airlines, as of June 1, 2021, passengers who enter Turkey from the United States are not required to submit a negative PCR test result if they have met the following condition. They have to submit documents issued by the relevant country official authorities stating that they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before the entrance to Turkey and/or have had the disease and were cured within the last 6 months. Quarantine measures will not be applied for these passengers. Children 6 and under are exempt from PCR Testing.
Qatar Airways New Atlanta Service
Qatar Airways has started the new Atlanta service on June 1, 2021. Flights operate Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The airline also plans frequency increases from its other gateways including daily double flights from JFK.
Other Frequency increases:
- Boston increases to four weekly on July 3rd (Addition of sat flight)
- Miami increases from 3 to 5 weekly from July 7th (Daily except for Monday / Saturday)
- Philadelphia increases to five weekly from July 2nd (Daily except for Tuesday / Wednesday)
- San Francisco increases to daily from July 2nd
- Seattle increases to Daily from July 8th
