Today we have confirmed the suspension of our Abu Dhabi to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) route from 25 March 2018.
As a result of the cancellation of EY160/161 services to/from DFW effective 25 March 2018, we are offering the following options for passengers who have purchased tickets on/before 2 November 2017 for travel on/after 25 March 2018.
Re-booking / Rerouting
For partially used/fully unused tickets, re-booking / re-routing can be done using AA flights to/from DFW via any EY online gateway in US.
Rebooking must be made on the lowest available RBD in the same cabin. Any date change fee as well as fare difference arising from the rerouting/rebooking is waived for this one instance only.
Re-routing and endorsement onto other airlines are not permitted except AA.
Cancellation/Refund
Refund is permitted free of charge whether the ticket is wholly unutilized or partially utilized as long as there are travel segments on/after 25 March18 which are impacted by this cancellation/termination.
Refund on partially utilized ticket must be calculated based upon pro-rata mileage flown Guests may contact their travel agent through whom the original ticket was purchased or any Etihad office to process the refund.
Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW146 Invol cancel due DFW flight suspension”
