The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi has issued the updated list of Green List for Travel to Abu Dhabi. 22 new destinations are added to its green list effective from 1 September 2021. Passengers arriving from Green List destinations can enter Abu Dhabi without needing to quarantine on arrival.
Etihad Airways Green Destinations
The move takes the number of destinations on the Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways network to 22. The Six new destinations added to Green List on the Etihad Airways network are Italy, Greece, Japan, Oman, Qatar and the Maldives.

There are now 55 countries added to the Green List. People from those countries can travel to the UAE capital without having to quarantine.

Abu Dhabi Travel Requirement:
Passengers must take the COVID-19 PCR test 48-72 Hours prior to Departure and then undergo a second test upon arrival in Abu Dhabi.
Passengers arriving in Abu Dhabi from all other than Green list destinations are required to self-isolate for 10 days, taking a Covid test on day 9. Vaccinated Traveller needs to quarantine for seven days and take a Covid Test on day 6.
Passengers must Register on the ICA Platform before travel.
