Chauffeur Drive Service Updates to Seattle (SEA), Los Angeles (LAX) and Toronto (YYZ)
Some recent changes have taken place regarding Emirates Chauffeur Drive service in Seattle (SEA), Los Angeles (LAX) and Toronto (YYZ). In order to further standardize their service offering, the complimentary radius is changing to 50 miles and for the first time, They offer passengers the opportunity to extend their trip beyond the complimentary 50 mile radius if they need to travel further. These 3 airports join Boston, New York (JFK and EWR), San Francisco and Orlando where they also offer passengers the opportunity to purchase additional miles.
The additional mileage will be charged to the passenger and needs to be paid prior to the commencement of the ride directly to the chauffeur drive provider. The provider will contact the passenger 48 hours prior to departure to confirm the transfer, quote the price and collect the payment. In order to ensure that this process works it is important that you enter a valid e-mail address or phone number for the passenger into the PNR.

Changes to Flight Times / Flight Cancellations
In the event of a time change or cancellation to an Emirates flight, there will be a notification in the Travel Agent GDS system. It is the travel agents responsibility to acknowledge the notification, advise their passenger of the change and then proceed to work on alternate arrangements for the passenger. Generally if a flight is cancelled or re-timed, alternate options will be booked in the agent’s PNR, however in case they are not; please contact the local Emirates office via salessupport.usa@emirates.com who will advise on alternate options that are available.
Please note that Emirates is responsible for providing options to ticketed passengers only, which have a through Emirates fare issued on a single, or conjunction ticket. Emirates will not be responsible in providing options for passengers who are ticketed separately on Other Airline documents, nor will Emirates be responsible for any ground arrangements, hotels, cruises, or tours that are booked in connection with an Emirates ticket.
