(September 9, 2017) – Due to conditions on the Eastern Caribbean Islands of St. Maarten (SXM), St. Thomas (STT) and Turks and Caicos (PLS), Delta is offering a waiver that will provide additional flexibility to customers who wish to make a voluntary itinerary change due to Hurricane Irma.
